 
        
        Team Administrator – Human Pharmaceutical Services North Ryde

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide high-level administrative support to our client's Human Pharma Sales Field Force and broader cross-functional teams. Great adaptable workplace with established team, work from home 2 days and spend three days in the office. 
Key Responsibilities 
Provide high level admin support to the pharmaceutical sales team 
Assist with internal and some external events, including travel and invoicing 
Maintain and update team lists (new starters, leavers, postcode changes). 
Manage third-party sponsorship contracts and payments 
Raise purchase orders and process invoices 
Create and manage contracts and reports using internal systems. 
Respond to customer and sales team enquiries, assist with product sampling requests 
Act as a key contact for the sales team 
Share updates and support team engagement 
Maintain effective communication and collaboration across all teams: Marketing, Medical, Finance, IT, Legal & Compliance, Facilities, Public Affairs, Learning & Capabilities 
What We’re Looking For 
Strong administrative or coordination background. 
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
Experience with systems such as Veeva, CorA, MDGX, and DocuSign (preferred but not essential). 
A proactive, team-first attitude 
Experience with event management 
Proficient across the Microsoft suite 
Customer centric attitude, sense of urgency, can do attitude 
Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device market in a similar role highly regarded but not essential
