KHA is seeking a talented BIM Manager to join our Fremantle studio. This is an exciting chance to work across many typologies and grow professionally at one of Australia’s most awarded practices.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of project information models
Lead progress meetings to discuss updates and issues
Select and implement collaboration tools
Assist staff on the implementation of BIM technology
Inform project stakeholders on project BIM strategy.
Implement BIM across all projects as required
Ensure that changes in procedure and standards are communicated to project teams
Manage and maintain project content
Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines

Experience needed:
Qualifications in architecture or construction
Extensive experience with Revit
Experience with 3D modelling or Autocad
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Proven leadership and mentorship experience
Worked in teams at large firms
