Project Management Specialist Role
Support strategic transformation initiatives by overseeing financial forecasting, actuals tracking, resource allocation, and governance reporting across multiple workstreams.
* Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop accurate financial forecasts, manage budgets, and analyze variances to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Resource Optimization & Tracking: Plan and track resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure efficient project delivery and minimize costs.
* Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reports, and dashboards to ensure transparency and compliance throughout the organization.
* Atlassian Tooling (Jira & Confluence): Utilize Jira and Confluence to maintain project transparency, track issues, and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Foster exceptional stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for process improvements to drive business growth.
Key skills include:
* Strong financial acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis, cost modeling
* Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas, Charts); Power BI or similar tools
* Jira & Confluence proficiency (JQL, Dashboards, Governance Integration)
* Experience with RAID Logs, Resourcing Trackers, Governance Registers
