About the Role
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our community mental health teams in Lake Macquarie or Newcastle.
In this role, you will provide person-centered care to individuals living in the community, helping them achieve better health and well-being outcomes. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, growth, and trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care to consumers and their families
* Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and peer workers to support recovery planning
* Conduct mental health assessments and engage therapeutically with consumers, their families, and support networks
* Contribute to care coordination and community outreach initiatives

About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* A strong interest or experience in mental health nursing
* Compassionate, open-minded, and adaptable
