**Sessional Pain Medicine Specialist**
**Permanent part-time position 10 hours per fortnight**
**About the role**
The Sessional Pain Medicine Specialist will undertake clinical pain medicine services to patients of Grampians Health.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will:
Provide specialist pain medicine services
. Manage the full range of pain medicine clinical services including consultative and interventional procedures
. Participate in clinical research projects
. Contribute to the Grampians Health becoming an accredited site for pain medicine training
. Undertake the supervision of Anaesthetic registrars, Pain Medicine registrars, HMOs & Nursing staff
. Participating in the ongoing review of their Clinical Practic

**Skills and experience**
You will have:
Fellowship of ANZCA or equivalent and being registered as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia
. A medical degree registered with AHPRA
. Experience in pain medicine service provision in a regional environment
. Experience in clinical pain medicine in the acute hospital setting and outpatient services including telehealth
. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all level
