Looking for a hands‑on supply chain role with real ownership? This established toy and hobby wholesaler is seeking an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end stock planning, forecasting and supply flow across a diverse product range.
Your new role
Working closely with the General Manager, you will take ownership of inventory planning and purchasing to ensure stock is available at the right time by:
* Forecasting demand and placing purchase orders
* Managing inventory levels and reviewing stock turns
* Monitoring lead times, shipping updates and inbound stock
* Liaising with warehouse and sales teams to support fulfilment
* Identifying trends (e.g. movie releases, seasonal demand) to inform purchasing
* Maintaining accurate data in NetSuite, Excel and other ERPs
* Attending monthly planning sessions with the GM
* This role is office‑based with flexibility to work 25 hours across 3-5 days.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in inventory, purchasing, planning or supply chain coordination
* Strong ERP experience (NetSuite highly regarded)
* Solid Excel skills; MYOB/Cin7 experience beneficial
* Background in wholesale, retail or consumer goods (toys/hobbies advantageous)
* Detail‑focused, proactive and confident analysing trends
* Strong communication and follow‑up skills
