**The role**
We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our awesome HR team - someone with a range of HR superpowers including recruitment, performance management and employee development.
You will be supporting the HR Manager across all HR operational areas, with a specific focus on:
- end to end recruitment
- timely and accurate HR advice to frontline leaders and employees
- resolving performance concerns
- coordinating our talent pipeline and programs for Graduates, Cadets and Apprentices
- ad-hoc HR projects
- HR data collection and reporting.
**About you**
You will have:
- at least 3 years generalist HR experience
- relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
- hands on experience managing end to end recruitment
- demonstrated experience in working with business stakeholders to resolve workplace issues
- can-do attitude and ability to think outside the square to achieve outcomes
- demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing demands
