**Your new role**
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Develop communications and knowledge content for a range of purposes, mediums, and channels, including student communications, guides, websites, offerings, presentations, newsletters.
- Evaluate, source, and develop content in responding to ad-hoc and/or urgent communications requests.
- Review and evaluate effectiveness of communications and content to achieve engagement and retention targets.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated experience producing engaging communications content/copy to deadlines for a range of purposes, mediums and channels including websites such as customer focused communications, guides, product information, knowledge articles, presentations, newsletters and campaigns.
- Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements.
