Role Overview
Acting Audiology Partner (fixed term contract) at Specsavers Townsville Castletown supports customers Monday‑Friday, full‑time or part‑time. This role provides the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the Specsavers audiology model, taking ownership of an established location and fulfilling the responsibilities of a Specsavers Audiology Partner.
Compensation
$105,000 – $110,000 Base Salary + Super
$15,000 Fixed Bonus
Additional Performance Bonus

Requirements
* Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia, Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia, or Australian College of Audiology).
* Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP.
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
* Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
