About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a People Partner to join our People, Culture & Talent Branch. Our People Partners build and grow highly effective relationships by partnering with leaders across the Premier's Department, The Cabinet Office and with NSW Ministerial Offices.
As a People Partner you'll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical HR solutions that support departmental objectives. You'll play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment processes, triage the HR shared inbox, and organisational structure maintenance. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys a true generalist HR role or is seeking the next step in their HR career.

We're Looking For
* Collaborative Problem-Solver: You excel at fostering strong, collaborative relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving positive outcomes across diverse teams.
* HR Administration & Advisory: Experienced in working confidently with HR systems, providing timely practical advice and managing competing priorities with precision.
* Organisational Structure Support: Understanding of providing support to maintain organisational structures, role clarity and position information, supporting business changes and recruitment activity as needed.
* Policy & Framework Interpretation: You can interpret and apply policies consistently, balancing risk, compliance and people outcomes.
