About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Used Car Sales Manager to take charge of their used vehicle department in Broome. This is a standout opportunity for a seasoned Sales Manager or a high-performing Assistant Sales Manager looking to step up and make a real impact.
You’ll be joining a reputable, well-established dealership group with a strong industry reputation and supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations of the Used Car Sales Department
- Drive business growth through new and existing customer channels
- Actively engage in the sales process and exceed performance targets
- Monitor and optimise revenue, margins, and departmental expenses
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee vehicle reconditioning and inventory presentation
- Manage stock levels, presentation standards, and inventory control
- Support the sales team in negotiation processes
- Deliver and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) levels
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving results
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- A current driver’s licence is essential; a vehicle sales licence is highly desirable
