About the position:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Residential team as an experienced Account Manager!
This role is designed for someone hungry for sales, who thrives on lead generation and enjoys building relationships with customers.

This full-time, permanent role based in Albury involves supporting and growing our residential customer base in the region, with regular intrastate travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Stramit's Residential customer base.
Identify new business opportunities through market monitoring.
Develop segment planning and strategies to meet KPIs.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.
Monitor customer activity and market conditions for innovative opportunities.
Utilise systems such as Salesforce CRM effectively.
To be considered for this role, we're looking for...
Experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the industry.
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric focus.
Proven passion for sales and results-driven approach.
Budget management skills, tech-savviness, and resilience in a competitive environment.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Ability to work independently with initiative and enthusiasm, while contributing to a team.
