About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Site Manager is responsible for the overall commercial and operational success of the site. You will lead people, performance and profitability while ensuring a safe, productive and engaged workplace.
This is a true business leadership role where you will:
* Own and manage full site P & L performance
* Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost control
* Lead sales, warehouse and operational teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
* Improve productivity and operational efficiency
* Strengthen customer relationships and retention
Success will be measured by profitability, team engagement, productivity, customer satisfaction and operational discipline.
About You
You are commercially astute and confident managing a business unit. You understand how to balance revenue growth with cost control and operational discipline.
You will bring:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a Site Manager or similar operational leadership role
* Strong people leadership capability in performance driven environments
* Proven ability to grow revenue and improve margins
* A hands on approach with strategic thinking capability
Industry experience is desirable, however leadership capability and commercial acumen are essential.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building teams, improving systems and driving tangible financial results.
