The Opportunity:
12-month Fixed Term contract on a Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:06pm roster
A team environment with ongoing support and training - we want to see you succeed
Responsibilities
Effectively manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements and deliveries including reporting on misdirected freight.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, harmonious environment and continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone ready to jump in, work closely with a supportive team, and confidently engage with customers — both in person and over the phone.
Previous experience in the transport industry is a plus, but not essential — we welcome those eager to learn and grow in a new career path
Commitment to the Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:06pm roster
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with the MS Office suite & Data Entry
Strong verbal and written communication with a people-first approach
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
A knack for staying organized and prioritizing tasks
Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
