We have multiple opportunities available, offering flexible rosters, excellent pay, and fantastic allowances to suit your lifestyle and preferences.
What We Offer:
* Competitive Pay: Earn between $55 - $70 per hour (flat rates), based on your experience and the role.
* Flexible Work Options: Choose from DIDO (Drive In, Drive Out) or FIFO (Fly In, Fly Out) roles, depending on the project site.
* Accommodation & Meals: FIFO roles include camp accommodation and all meals provided.
* Generous Allowances: DIDO roles come with excellent Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA) and travel allowances.
* Diverse Rosters: Work-life balance is important. Rosters vary, including 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off and 5 on / 4 off / 4 on / 5 off arrangements.
* Multiple Projects & Sites: Gain exposure to different projects and environments across regional SA.
About You:
We're looking for motivated and safety-conscious Mechanical Fitters with a strong work ethic. While specific requirements may vary by project, ideal candidates will possess:
* Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter.
* Proven experience in mechanical fitting roles, ideally within heavy industry, mining, or similar environments.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Strong commitment to safety procedures and practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
