Sales Consultant Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective customers through the buying process. Your primary responsibility will be to service and manage all new enquiries received, ensuring timely responses to appointments and converting leads into new sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide premium sales services and achieve set monthly sale targets
* Ensure prompt replies to all incoming leads and appointments
* Develop an in-depth understanding of our market leading starter inclusions and building processes
* Conduct site assessments using CAN I BUILD software to identify potential project sites
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer valuable solutions tailored to their requirements
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Experience in residential new homes and granny flats sales is highly desirable
* You should have proficient computer skills and possess strong verbal and written communication abilities
* A high level of drive and commitment to grow both your personal career and the business are essential
