About the Role:
We're looking for two specialist pickers to work in a warehouse role offering permanency and stability in our established and growing business. Involving forklift operations, manual handling, picking and general duties, this is a hands-on role.
Two full-time positions with differing shift times available, located at our Brisbane Airport precinct head office.
Key responsibilities
* Unloading containers and stacking items in allocated warehouse bins
* Accurately picking and packing orders and labelling crates
* Loading outbound trucks for distribution
* Following dispatch systems and procedures
* Operating in accordance with Safe Operating Principles and Procedures
* General yard and warehouse duties, including keeping the warehouse clean and tidy

About You:
Experience
* Minimum 2 years recent experience operating both counterbalance and high reach forklifts in a similar warehouse or yard environment
* Valid forklift licence with verifiable references confirming forklift proficiency and reliability
* Proven experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Skills & Attributes
* Proven history of consistent attendance and reliability, with references confirming your commitment to work
* Sound capability to learn processes, follow instructions, and apply feedback
* Safety-first approach to all tasks
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, sometimes under pressure
* Sound literacy and numeracy skills including verbal and written communication skills
* Physical fitness suitable for manual handling tasks and solo lifting of 15kg
