The Role
We are seeking a Program Manager – Health & Medical to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer programs where cutting-edge technology is applied as a medical or health and wellness device.
Reporting to the COO, this is a senior, customer-facing role combining program delivery and operational problem-solving. You will own customer programs from inception through delivery and ongoing support, acting as the internal voice of the customer while helping establish scalable processes in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
Responsibilities
* Own and deliver multiple customer programs end to end
* Build and manage program plans, timelines, risks, and milestones
* Coordinate across Hardware, Software, Product, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and partners
* Ensure delivery aligns with quality and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 13485)
* Support audits, documentation, forecasting, and change management
* Help build scalable program frameworks
You
* Degree-qualified in business, engineering, life sciences, or similar
* Experience in program management. Medical devices, healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries would highly advantageous
* Comfortable managing multiple programs in parallel
* Strong communicator, problem-solver, and relationship builder
* Thrives in fast-paced, evolving, low-structure environments
* Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially minded
* Potential participation in a future ESOP program
