About the Role
Flourish Australia are seeking a hands-on and proactive Supervisor to support our team in delivering high-quality warehousing and packaging services within our community businesses. You will lead teams of employees accessing the Community Business Supported Employment program to carry out their work on commercial contracts, providing them with vocational skills and support so they can transition into and maintain meaningful open employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote the delivery of safe, high-quality community business services.
* Plan and direct daily production activities to ensure that operations are efficient, effective and meet the organisation's requirements.
* Provide ongoing coaching, support and access to training for employees in the program.
* Adapt your communication style to suit different audiences and situations, with a strong focus on active listening and non-verbal communication.
In this role, the Supervisor is expected to take a 'hands-on' approach - working with and alongside employees to assist the team to meet contract service levels (including quality and time).

Selection Criteria
* Qualifications relevant to our current and emerging community business operations or a willingness to embark on a relevant qualification after completion of your probationary period.
* One years experience in a supervisory role.
* Demonstrated experience in warehousing, packaging or manufacturing.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
