The Quantum International Team is seeking a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the dedicated team based in Helensvale, North Gold Coast, QLD to support their day-to-day client liaison and business operations. You will be an all-rounder that thrives on supporting multiple aspects of the business, including client reception, data entry, customer service, admin and sales support. You will have a good understanding of administrative processes and liaising with clients over the phone to provide exceptional service.
