As a Foreman, you'll play a key role in delivering over $115m of secured work, including a $12m TMR Package. You will lead crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
* Managing site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements
* Maintain compliance with TMR standards, quality requirements, and environmental obligations where applicable
* Driving a positive, solutions-focused team culture on site
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About You
* Proven experience as a Foreman on civil construction projects
* Previous experience delivering works under TMR specifications and standards highly regarded
* Strong understanding of TMR quality, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
* Current Driver LicencePlant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
