Key Sales and Operations Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing sales teams, streamlining processes and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing our small sales team, building relationships with clients and coaching the sales team on a monthly basis. They will also be responsible for owning the CRM function, ensuring data integrity, pipeline optimisation and sales reporting.
Additional responsibilities include managing all aspects of inventory management, production planning, delivery scheduling, purchasing, order processing, logistics and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail and or sales management experience and knowledge, with sales of high-ticket items highly regarded.

* Proven track record of driving sales performance, improving conversion rates and achieving revenue targets
* Nurturing and developing team members, and leading hands-on from the front
