From you: Fluent spoken English Food safety certificate (or willing to obtain) Police Check or willing to obtain one Your own uniform: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap, black apron, and enclosed shoes/safety boots suitable for the kitchen. Experience with commercial dishwashers is a must (for Kitchen Hands) Experience with food handling/Food preparation is a must (for catering assistants) Experience in aged care facilities is a must (for FSAs) Working With Children Check (not necessary, but very valuable) IMPORTANT: If successful, we will ask you to come in for a face to face interview.
