Regional Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Asset Manager to join our Property team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of assets across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will have significant business, commercial and financial acumen, with a strong understanding of customer experience and customer focus principles. They will also possess excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a matrix-style organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring regulatory compliance in relation to facilities management.
">
* Providing technical property management support to facilities, the property team and external contractors on site.
">
* Managing Bupa's health and safety requirements in relation to properties and contractors working on site.
">
* Participating in the development and implementation of future property facilities management software.
">
* Preparing monthly reports within prescribed timeframes.
">
* Administering planned contracts, including preparation of briefs, tender schedules, compilation of tender documents, calling of tenders, response to tender queries, tender review and tender recommendations.
">
* Conducting regular site maintenance audits and producing reports in accordance with the approved schedule.
">
* Taking an active part in any property review process as required.
">
* Reviewing and recommending continuous improvements to Property Services' QA procedures.
">
* Managing external providers to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
">
* Ensuring sustainable operations and energy efficiency.
">
* Providing emergency response and assistance in the event of an emergency.
">
* Managing and maintaining equipment assets within the remit of the Bupa property team.

Requirements:

* Experience in property asset management within Aged Care or a similar service/customer-focused industry.

* Significant business, commercial and financial acumen.

* Strong negotiation and high-level strategic planning skills.

* A strong understanding of customer experience and customer focus principles.

* Experience working effectively within a matrix-style organisation with outstanding cross-functional stakeholder management.

* Ability to take ownership and act with integrity to deliver results.
