We are seeking an energetic Dental Assistant with a strong customer service background to join the team on a full-time basis at our Carrum Downs clinic. We are looking for a full-time candidate who is available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and a 1-2 Saturdays a month.

What you need for this role
* A thorough knowledge of dental assisting.
* Experience and knowledge of infection control standards.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the management of the steri room and changeover processes.
* Knowledge of stock control and reception tasks.
* The ability to integrate into a large practice and work with multiple practitioners.

Skills and Experiences
Desired Qualities
* Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
* Experience working with general anaesthetic with Specialists is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Team player who leads by example and takes pride in their work.
* Bubbly, outgoing, and able to maintain a positive clinic atmosphere.
* Proficiency in dental practice management software (Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is highly desirable but not essential)
Prior dental experience is essential. Remuneration is negotiable and is based on experience within the industry. This position holds the opportunity for future growth and professional development.
