About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to take charge of this high-profile site. Leading from the front, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure the highest levels of customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to put your stamp on a newly refurbished store and guide a team to success.
What you will do
* Lead and develop a large, passionate team in a premium environment
* Drive sales performance through exceptional service and strong KPI results
* Manage operations including rostering, stock flow, and visual merchandising
* Deliver a standout in-store experience aligned with brand values
What you will bring
* Previous retail management experience, ideally in a high-volume or flagship site
* Proven ability to coach, inspire and build high-performing teams
* Strong operational skills across stock, VM, and store presentation
* A results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for customer connection
