What You'll Do:
* Providing friendly and professional service to all clients and suppliers
* Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
* Processing counter sales
* Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
* Maintaining safety processes
* Assisting with merchandise campaign material
* Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
* Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries
What You'll Bring:
* Experience working within a customer services/sales environment
* Effective written and verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
* Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
