Administration Assistant - Permanent/Part Time

3 days per week (School Hours- approx 20 hours)

* Please only apply if you have administrative and MYOB/XERO experience

About the role

Suncoast Windows is seeking a passionate and organised Administration/Reception Assistant to join our team in Caloundra. This position will provide administrative support to our operations, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

* Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
* Focusing on but not limited to Accounts payable, Credit management, Supplier management and end to end order management (including invoicing)
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting with reception duties as required
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
* Supporting the other administration role and wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
* Assisting with cleaning of the showroom as required
* Liaising with factory manager and staff as required to ensure delivery of jobs on time and in full
* Work together with other team members to ensure leave is covered as necessary (this may mean an adjustment of days and hours when other admin team members are on leave)

What we're looking for

Please only apply if you have ADMIN and MYOB/XERO experience

* extensive MYOB/XERO experience is essential
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong customer service focus
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Word and Excel
* Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Ability to take initiative as required
* A positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude
* Flexibility - to cover other team members if necessary
