Energy Trading Role
We are seeking an experienced Energy Trading professional to join our team in Kwinana, Australia. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who can effectively manage our energy portfolio, ensure optimal performance, and drive commercial value.
Job Description:
This role will play a critical part in managing our energy trading activities, including executing gas nominations, monitoring electricity market data, and tracking site operational data. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Tronox compliance with ERA and Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian energy markets, including gas and electricity trading mechanisms. A solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks, particularly WEM and ERA obligations, is also essential. Analytical skills, commercial acumen, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
