This role requires full-time onsite attendance.Your new roleIn this role you will,Deliver onsite IT support to end users primarily across multiple officesSet up laptops, monitors, and other hardware for new starters and large deploymentsBuild laptops with the necessary applications (e.g. claims systems)Triage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNowWork closely with the QBE Network Team on firmware and switch upgradesPartner with Facilities on quarterly hardware and electronics checksTroubleshoot technical issues both remotely and in-personJoin regular IT team meetings and contribute to service improvementCommunicate clearly and proactively during major incidentsEnsure all work aligns with QBE’s zero-tolerance approach to risk and privacyAbout youWe’re looking for a reliable, experienced support engineer with a solid background in IT service environments.
