We’re looking for a Media & Communications Specialist to deliver high-impact communications across The Entourage and Jack Delosa’s channels. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, you’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager, Senior Communications Specialist, and wider Marketing team (Events, Digital, our in-house agency, and Creative).
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and schedule email communications that nurture and convert leads, and support and retain members.
- Tailor communications for different audience groups, ensuring relevance at each stage of the member or lead journey.
- Maintain and update key comms documents, such as sales slides, member onboarding slides, and member playbooks.
- Provide ad-hoc comms support across the business; we create and manage comms for all departments.
- Draft captions and long-form copy for social channels (including LinkedIn).
- Manage WhatsApp and social media community engagement.
- Spot creative opportunities, stay across social media trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Capture organic photos and short-form video content (iPhone quality) for use across social channels, while coordinating freelancers for high-res production when required.
- Brief and coordinate creative assets and collateral as required.

Who We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in communications, content, or a related role.
- Robust writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, and Sprout is advantageous but not essential. We can train you up.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a solutions-focused mindset.
