Job Summary
A highly skilled technician is required to provide onsite sales, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty support for clients.
* Provide technical assistance to customers with hardware and software issues.
* Manage time effectively and maintain excellent customer interactions.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Windows server, Microsoft Exchange/Active Directory/Networking, VMware, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Azure/Intune.
* Knowledge of VoIP & PABX Systems and networking VLAN/routing.
* Valid driver's license.
