About You
* You have strong expertise in general commercial law and employment law, which is essential
* You have experience with Fair Work Commission representation, which would be highly regarded
* You have experience in providing comprehensive legal support across an organisation's business operations
* You have experience with general contract review, drafting and negotiating service agreements and other commercial contracts
* You are comfortable with lease negotiations, providing strategic advice to the business, risk and compliance advice and management of commercial disputes
* You are familiar dealing with matters that refer to an organisation's Australian Financial Services Licence
* You are experienced in dealing with employment law matters and have the ability to work on a range of workplace relations issues
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
* You have a minimum of 6 years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
