We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to take full ownership of the COREtec brand across Australia. This is a high-activity, hands-on role for someone who prefers being out in the field rather than behind a desk.
You will manage a portfolio of 120+ clients. Your job is to ensure these partners are supported, their staff are trained, and the COREtec brand remains their first choice for flooring. You'll be reporting directly to the APAC management team and acting as the primary face of the brand nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with a base of 120+ clients.
* Sales Training: Conduct in-person training for retail and distribution partners to give them the tools to sell COREtec effectively.
* Presentations: Deliver clear, professional brand presentations to clients and stakeholders.
* National Travel: Regular travel is required to cover WA, VIC, SA, NSW, and QLD. You must be comfortable with frequent interstate trips.
* Reporting: Provide straightforward updates to the APAC team on market conditions and sales progress.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a professional Sales role. Minimum 2 years Sales Management role.
* Travel: A genuine willingness to travel interstate frequently.
* Visa: Must have a valid Australian visa with full working rights.
* Location: Must be based in VIC (or NSW)
* Soft Skills: You need to be organized and fluent enough to manage a large client list and confident enough to present to groups.
Technical Knowledge & Industry Background
* We are seeking candidates with a strong foundational education and a genuine interest in the building and construction sector. The ideal candidate will bring both academic grounding and practical awareness of industry dynamics:
* A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required
* Exposure to, or experience within, the Australian building and construction industry is highly valued, with an understanding of local practices, standards, and project environments
* Candidates with experience working alongside builders, architects, contractors, or developers will be viewed favourably
* While prior technical knowledge of flooring products is not necessary, an interest in learning technical product applications is important
* Comprehensive onboarding and product training will be provided to ensure you develop strong expertise in our flooring solutions and their use across various construction contexts
