Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Small Business Banker role located in Moree or Narrabri, NSW. The Small Business Banker will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small business clients, providing tailored financial advice, and offering solutions to meet their banking needs. The role includes managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and supporting clients in achieving their financial objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with banking regulations.
QualificationsStrong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client trust.Experience in financial analysis within a banking or financial services environment.Knowledge of small business operations, banking products, and financial solutions tailored to business needs is highly desirable.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and experience in a small business banking or similar role is highly desirable.Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related discipline are preferred but not mandatory.
