experienced Front End Loader Operators
to support operations at their
Portland site
.

About The Role
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating plant and equipment while contributing to efficient daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Operating a Front End Loader (relevant licence required)
* Working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
* Communicating effectively via on-site radio systems
* Strictly adhering to onsite safety policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience operating Front End Loaders
* A current Forklift licence (highly regarded)
* Strong computer skills, particularly in operational or control-panel environments
* A safety-first mindset aligned with company values
* Knowledge of fertiliser products (advantageous but not essential)
Requirements
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
* Valid and current licences
* Full Australian working rights
* Physical fitness to safely perform manual tasks
* A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* Have the ability to work day shift 7:00am - 3:00pm
* Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods is essential
