St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas:

- St Louis Homes - NDIS‐approved provider for younger onset dementia
- St Louis Home Care - Government‐approved and private Support at home care provider
- St Louis Nursing Home - Boutique residential aged care
- St Louis Allied Health – Covering both Metro and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our supportive team on a 6‐month contract to cover maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to work in a rewarding role where every day makes a difference to the lives of older people in our community. There may be an opportunity to extend the contract for the right person.

Role: Care Partner

(Victor Harbor | Full‐time – 6 month contract)

As a Care Partner, You Will

- Provide personalised, high‐quality support to clients in their homes.
- Work collaboratively within a close‐knit team in a fast‐paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate client notes and documentation using Microsoft systems and internal software.

About You

You are someone who thrives in a team setting but can also work independently with minimal supervision.

What You'll Bring

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- An outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly and stay organised in a dynamic work environment.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people to live well at home.

Essential Requirements

- Current driver's licence.
