Rehabilitation Consultant Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our Allied Health service, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of injured workers and engaging with various customers in Workplace Rehabilitation.
* Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers, ensuring timely and effective rehabilitation outcomes.
* Engage with a variety of customers, including Workers' Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident referrals, to develop and implement Return to Work plans.
* Travel to visit clients across Darwin and the Northern Territory, conducting discipline-specific assessments and attending case conferences as required.
* Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to increase referrals and drive business growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
* AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Registered Nurse, or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist with 2+ years of experience in Workplace Rehabilitation.
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Friendly, organised, and diligent individual who can work independently with remote support from their Manager.
* Energetic and social person who enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
* Passionate about making a positive impact in Workplace Health and injury prevention.
