We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Service Executive. This is an entry-level role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver a "wow" experience to our customers as a first point of contact for all divisions.
* Handle inbound/outbound contact in a professional manner to preserve customer retention and initiate new business opportunities.
* Liaise with customers directly via email and phone calls on a daily basis.
* Resolve problems aligned to complaint resolution and customer in jeopardy procedures by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
* Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other internal departments to resolve enquiries.
Key Requirements:
* Prior working experience in a Customer Service or Retail Customer Service Role.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously.
* High attention to detail.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
