Role Overview: As a Casual Senior Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales in our Darwin store. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and creating meaningful connections with customers.
* Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
* Demonstrating a genuine passion for Okanui products to achieve successful conversions.
* Taking accountability for opening and closing the store.
* Contributing to stock maintenance, merchandising, and preparing stock for sales.
* Local with availabilty on week days and weekends.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in retail or fashion industry, ideally in a sales-focused role.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on and energetic approach.
* High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Motivation to achieve and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Current Drivers Licence, own transport and be a local resident of the Darwin community.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
