About the Role
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, youll plan and coordinate service activities to meet customer needs while maximising workshop utilisation and profitability. This hands on role emphasises outstanding customer interactions and efficient service delivery in a fast paced RV service environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build rapport with customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate JB Groups Customer First behaviours to deliver exceptional service, especially in urgent situations like breakdowns.
* Schedule RV repairs and services, liaise with technicians for estimates, book jobs considering workshop targets, and manage pre delivery inspections and handovers.
* Provide accurate estimates, maintain documentation and warranty records, update customers on progress, explain invoices clearly, and upsell additional products/services.
* Collaborate with admin and technicians for seamless operations, adhere to manufacturer procedures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in RV, marine, or automotive service advisory roles preferred, with solid understanding of caravan/motorhome systems.
* Strong customer service and communication skills, plus the ability to thrive under pressure during peak seasons.
* Computer literacy, workshop management system experience, and knowledge of warranty processes.
* Professional presentation and a collaborative team mindset.
