We are seeking a Centre Director to lead our brand-new centre in the new year. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership for early learning and out-of-school hour care programs, ensuring high-quality educational programs, child safety practices, and compliance with legislative requirements. This includes responsibility for two approved services, building a positive workplace culture, strengthening partnerships with families, driving continuous improvement, and professional growth.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) degree, 4 years of experience, and a minimum of 5 years practical experience in early learning settings.
