Our model is built around sales outcomes and conversions, not call volume — meaning better conversations, higher close rates, and less grind.
We are now hiring experienced Health Insurance Sales Consultants who already know the industry and know how to close.
The Role
* Closing sales from exclusive, in-house generated health insurance leads
* Conducting compliant, needs-based sales conversations
* Comparing and recommending policies across major Australian insurers
* Managing applications end-to-end with a strong compliance focus
* Working to outcome-based KPIs (conversion & revenue, not dials)
