As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationships of existing small customers nationally, via phone and email channels, whilst additionally growing the small customer segment through targeted business development activities.
The team will also manage sales campaigns to targeted customers, ensuring follow up and reporting of campaigns. To ensure work quality and effective calls handling practices, Inside Sales reps will have regular audits to ensure quality, compliance and the consistent application of the Inside Sales policies and procedures.
To be successful, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Develop relationships with prospects and customers to grow revenues
Investigate and resolve customer issues on all levels, provide technical and practical assistance where necessary
Ensure all customers have a current standard contract
Manage contract compliance
Participate in other work and projects as required from time to time
Gather market information to support in decision making
Comply to the health and safety regulations and initiatives
Proven ability to close sales and strong negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
Up to 3 years experience in a similar capacity
Computer literacy and ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Experience in Google Suites (Advantageous)
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively
Has innovative thinking and able to influence leadership
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
Can do attitude with initiative to drive change and take ownership of change
