Do you have a background in Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service and are PASSIONATE about cars?
We have a rare and exciting prospect for a Trainee Service Advisor to join Autosports Group (ASG) and work with brands such as Aston Martin, McLaren and Rolls Royce under the Bespoke brand.
This is an entry level role and you will be given a mentor to help train you on a day to day basis.
We are looking for a person who has excellent customer service standards & proven results with high-level time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will;
Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service and prepare them for hand over to a qualified service advisor.
Be a point of contact for customers throughout their service
Call customers prior to their service to ensure they are aware of the appointment.
Make follow up calls to ascertain the customers satisfaction with the service
Assist with the completion of all relevant paperwork
Work closely with the team to learn the correct and secure manner of carrying out processes.
Move vehicles as required
General administration and other tasks as required.
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a customer facing role.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
Confidence dealing with all customer types.
The ability to work and support a busy, hardworking team
The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary.
A current FULL driver's licence
