Job Description
* Develop, maintain and adjust daily production schedules, ensuring changes are communicated to all relevant departments
* Reconcile daily forecasts, customer orders, stock-on-hand and actual production volumes to maintain accurate planning
* Liaise with Processing, Dispatch, Purchasing, QA and Sales teams to support achievement of daily sales and service targets
* Monitor material requirements to identify potential stock imbalances and over/under production risks
* Track and audit production, inventory and stock take data, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
* Coordinate raw material and finished goods transfers across warehouse locations
* Support demand and supply planning activities, including daily, weekly and monthly forecasting to maintain service levels
* Enter and manage production orders within SAP and Marel systems
* Maintain Excel-based planning trackers and operational reporting tools
* Participate in cross-functional planning and operations meetings to support continuous improvement
