We are seeking a Director of Culture and Performance to spearhead innovative workforce strategies that empower our people and drive organisational excellence. Reporting to the Chief Partnerships Officer, this critical role will lead the design and implementation of our people strategies and solutions to enliven our employee value proposition (EVP), drive workforce planning, and champion a high-performance, people-centric culture. This position is central to our growth and innovation journey, ensuring that our workforce is responsive, capable, and aligned with our evolving operational needs.
About The Position
As Director of Culture and Performance, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the design and delivery of strategic people initiatives that support workforce capability and operational readiness.
Redesigning and implementing systems and processes that enhance people management practices, informed by emerging technologies.
Driving workforce planning and deployment strategies based on real-time utility reporting and data insights.
Collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure personnel availability for both planned and responsive needs.
Shaping and embedding a compelling employee value proposition (EVP) to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation while identifying and mitigating people-related risks.
About You
We’re looking for a dynamic leader who brings:
Proven experience supporting large, geographically dispersed teams—particularly within healthcare or government contracts—is highly regarded.
A track record of success in contemporary workforce strategy development and operational execution in complex environments.
Data-savvy capabilities with experience in metrics-driven human resource management and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hand-on approach to developing practical and scalable solutions.
Familiarity with digital transformation in people and culture functions, including AI and enterprise systems like Oracle or PowerBI.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong vocational experience in senior management roles.
