Job Title: Trade Counter Assistant
Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product information to clients in person and over the phone. Your role will also involve giving quotes both in person and over the phone.
You will be required to maintain shop floor displays, manage stock control, and ensure the branch is tidy, safe, and well-presented. Additionally, you may be required to make occasional fuel-door deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and product information to clients in person and over the phone
* Give quotes both in person and over the phone
* Maintain shop floor displays
* Manage stock control
* Ensure the branch is tidy, safe, and well-presented

Requirements:
* Retail or customer service experience
* Ability to maintain shop floor displays and accurate product information
* Computer proficiency
* Valid driver's licence
* Clean driving record
* Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
