This contract pays approximately $11,178/month gross.
* Shift length: 13 hour shifts
* Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities:
* Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
* Perform focused reassessments and elevate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
* Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
* Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
* Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
