Senior Account Manager - Growth and Strategy
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver the P&L with exceptional control of volume, NSV, OP, price, A&P, Trade Spend, and margin mix through successful negotiation and long-term planning with customers.
* Lead S&OP and AOP cycles, confidently engaging with Diageo directors to share your vision for the business.
* Excellent forecasting skills across all metrics: depletions, shipments, Trade Spend, and A&P.
* Regular audits and reviews of distributor customer performance vs. the agreed commercial scorecard, holding customers accountable and agreeing action plans to close gaps.
* Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, delivering interventions to overachieve KPIs while closing risks to plan.
* Agree Joint Business Plans/Diageo 365 essentials, delivering long-term sustainable value for all stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional teamwork with finance, customer marketing, etc., to create exceptional JBPs.
* Build trade plans that delight local consumers at the point of purchase and create exceptional on- and off-trade experiences while delivering category growth and increasing Diageo share.
* E nsure airport-level World Class Execution, on-time delivery, and communication align with Diageo Global Brand Standards.
* Ensure complete compliance and governance for all projects, adhering to relevant SOAs/policies without question.
* B uild exceptional relationships and maintain them despite difficult commercial negotiations.
